


HK Taiji offers a structured and progressive path of self development through Taiji & Meditation. A Path of Internal cultivation for Body and Mind that has been taught in Europe and Asia by our teacher Patrick Kelly for over 40 years.
Mainly a path of inner knowledge and self-development, it is also a way to find external softness and inner strength, benefit health and develop useful self defense skills for daily life. We teach a step by step method to connect and evolve the Jing-Qi-Shen (Body-Energy-Mind).
The traditional Daoist system with a modern approach. Taiji is a long term practice for dedicated practitioners to gradually build a stronger Body-Mind connection. ​

For those interested to learn more about Taiji & meditation we will be offering a series of free demo sessions with a brief introduction of the Taiji practice, it’s origins and the major benefits you can gain. These sessions are an opportunity to understand a little more about Taiji and how it can benefit Body and Mind.

A mix of theory and practice, you will experience a condensed version of the 4 elements that conform a class: The 5 Loosening Exercises, The Taiji Form, Partner Exercises, and Meditation. Q&A's are welcome.
